  • 2000 incadea AG was founded
  • 2003 Acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds Inc.
  • 2005 Reynolds forms international automotive division for DMS and automotive cosulting services
  • 2006 In order to expand its European market presence, Reynolds acquires DCS Automotive. The company merges with Universal Computer Systems (UCS)
  • 2007 Following strategic re-allignment of Reynolds & Reynolds, incadea operations are transferred to incadea GmbH with headquarters in Salzburg, Austria
  • 2008 Real Consulting Group acquires a majority stake in incadea GmbH. In recognition for outstanding business performance, incadea has been invited to Microsoft President's Club and Inner Circle
  • 2010 incadea acquires 75.1 % of Bright Consult, which is focused on the Russian automotive retail solutions market and a member of the “Russian Automotive Dealers” association
  • 2011 Based on the company's business plan for geographical expansion, incadea establishes subsidiaries in China, India,Taiwan and New Zealand
  • 2012 Admission to AIM and First Day of Trading under the ticker symbol INCA.LN
  • 2013 incadea joins Microsoft's Global Independent Software Vendor (GISV) programme
  • 2014 incadea gains direct presence in the German market through the acquisition of RC Real Business Solutions GmbH. The company is renamed incadea Deutschland 
    incadea group wins the 2014 Microsoft Dynamics Global Outstanding ISV of the Year Award
  • 2015 incadea joins Dealertrack Technologies
